Join us for a complimentary one hour Vinyasa Yoga class with Sevi. The class is included with any Banya Pass and an extra hour is added to your pass when you participate. Bring a mat and some water and let our instructors help you find your balance, strength and breath. Sevi found yoga through a lifelong interest in “all things spiritual” reflecting her love for movement and rigorous discipline. She will often incorporate teachings from the Sutras throughout the asana practice to offer a well-rounded physical and spiritual experience. Sevi maintains a constant awareness of breath and keeps the attitude playful. Ultimately, she hopes to provide practitioners with more than just a sense of being calm and strong while they are in class. Her experience as a teacher have given her the tools to play with sequencing in order to take the students into a deeper understanding of a pose, and ultimately, of themselves. Sevi believes that Yoga is about learning to befriend not only yourself but also humanity.
