Wristbands
Wear your wrist band at all times. It is used to access your locker and purchase food and drinks in the cafe.
Sandals
Wear your sandals everywhere except the Finnish Dry Sauna and the pools.
Bathrobes
Wear your bathrobe when you leave the bathing area. You may remove it on the rooftop.
Shower
Take a shower as soon as you enter the Banya and before using any of the saunas or pools.
Towels
Sit on a towel in thee saunas, steam room, and benches. Always bring a towel with you in the sauna.
Appointments
Meet your therapist in the Banya or the Spa at the time of your appointment
Steam
Always ask the room if you would like to add steam to the Russian Sauna. Never use water in the Finnish Dry Sauna.
Be Respecfull
Any and all inappropriate or explicit sexual behavior will cause patrons to be removed from our facilities and banned from admission to Archimedes Banya in the future.
